Self-Managed Stratas
Our Self-Managed model is designed for councils who want to manage their own buildings. We provide the initial set-up and training needed for councils to manage the day-to-day operations of the physical assets of the strata corporation. We take care of all financial administration: budget preparation, banking, strata fee collection, bill payment, and management of the Operating and Contingency Reserve Funds.
Strata Council Consulting
Without qualified management, strata corporations face a familiar set of consequences: deferred maintenance that compounds into costly repairs, rising insurance premiums, unexpected special assessments, and legal and compliance risks that are difficult to navigate without the right knowledge.
We bring more than 25 years of strata experience to every council we work with, sharing that knowledge and insight through the decisions that are critical to the successful running of the strata corporation.

These services are available to self-managed strata corporations that are under a management contract: Financial and Accounting Services, Legal and Compliance Guidance, Insurance Coordination, Maintenance Planning, and Major Project Coordination.
Financial and Accounting Services
We provide financial and accounting services independently, under contract to strata corporations that choose to self-manage, and we maintain their records on the PowerStrata Platform.
Legal and Compliance Guidance
Legal and compliance guidance is available to self-managed strata corporations contracted to All Property Consulting Inc., provided on a fee-for-service basis.
Insurance Coordination
Insurance guidance is available to self-managed strata corporations contracted to All Property Consulting Inc., provided on a fee-for-service basis.
Maintenance Planning and Building Asset Management
Maintenance planning guidance is available to self-managed strata corporations contracted to All Property Consulting Inc., provided on a fee-for-service basis.
Major Project Coordination
Major project coordination is available to self-managed strata corporations contracted to All Property Consulting Inc., provided on a fee-for-service basis.

Under Sections 35 of the Strata Property Act and Regulations, strata corporations must maintain their records in British Columbia. PowerStrata is a cutting-edge, cloud-based software platform designed specifically for BC strata communities:
